The Porsche photographed belonged to the rocket scientist and was also purchased from his estate sale. Made in West Germany, this small, German version of hot wheels represents some of the background and styling reminiscent of the rocket scientist. The Porsche was then printed on a personal letter received describing the gimbal operations on the west coast that were about to kick off.
Photographed on a macro scale and enlarged, the Porsche can almost look like a real car when viewed across the room. The letter stands prominent in the background as a reference to a time when the letter was the main means of communication.
